Carbon footprint compensation for the Russian delegation at the 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP-29), held from November 11 to 22, 2024 in Baku, Azerbaijan

Climate Finance

“Metalloinvest” Climate Transition Bonds

“Metalloinvest” has issued the first climate transition bonds on the Russian market, worth 10 billion rubles, with a maturity of 1.5 years. The coupon rate is set at the Central Bank’s key rate + 2.5 percentage points, with a variable monthly coupon. The technical listing on the Moscow Exchange is scheduled for December 24, 2024. The rating agency ACRA assigned the issuance the highest possible expected credit rating of eAAA(RU).
