The legal framework
Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 424 of April 4, 2024 amended the Rules for Creating and Maintaining a register of Carbon Units, as well as Conducting Operations with carbon Units in the Register of Carbon Units, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 790 of April 30, 2022.
The same resolution amended the form of a standard contract for the provision of services by the operator for conducting operations in the register of carbon units, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 905 dated May 20, 2022.
