Hello, dear reader of the portal! Allow me to introduce myself—I am the CarbonUnitsRu author. In 2019, I founded the environmental non-profit organization “Zakonnik” in Pridnestrovye. Our primary focus was on improving environmental legislation, preventing ecological violations, and education.

Since 2022, I have been concentrating on international climate regulation, climate projects, and carbon markets, following this approach:

Studied climate regulation, investment opportunities in climate projects, and carbon credits.
Shared my research on the CarbonAdvisorOrg in Russian.
Provided remote consultation to businesses approaching me through the portal in the following areas:
- Classical Climate Regulation:
  - Advising on regulatory compliance and frameworks.
  - Initiating sustainable agriculture, reforestation, and afforestation projects.
  - Securing grants to finance climate projects.
  - Assessing and brokering carbon credit sales for climate projects.
- Funding Cleantech Through Web3:
  - Integrating climate regulation with blockchain technology.
  - Cryptocurrency funding for climate projects.
  - Facilitating the tokenization of carbon credits.

In December 2023, having gained substantial expertise, I:

Relaunched the portal CarbonAdvisorOrg in English, exploring methods of funding cleantech through Web3.
Launched a portal about climate regulation of the Russian Federation.
Launched a portal about climate regulation of the Republic of Moldova.
